Jeff’s Pick: M.Lapierre's 2009 Morgon - Morgon, France

Without question one of my favourite wines on the planet. Marcel Lapiere was a key figure in the natural wine movement. He farmed without the use of synthetic chemicals and makes no additions in the cellar. Regardless your of your opinionson organic, biodynamic and natural wines, it's hard not to become a believer after trying the wines of Mr. Lapierre.

Floral, fragrant, earthy and incredible balance, complexity and length.

Many critics believe that 2009 could be one of the very best vintages in the history of the Beaujolais.
