Legal Requirements
You must be 19 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Firefly Fine Wines and Ales. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 19 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Firefly Fine Wines and Ales are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All funds are charged in Canadian dollars.
Minimum Purchase
No minimum purchase is required.
Ordering & Shipping Information

Pickup: available at both Cambie and Maple Ridge Firefly Fine Wines and Ales location.
- Orders placed by 1pm will be completed and ready for pickup by 4pm
- There is no pickup charges and no minimum quantities required.
- Delivery: available throughout British Columbia. You can expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. You must be of legal drinking age to accept the delivery. Delivery is currently available on weekdays only through local delivery and with DHL out of our local areas.
Shipping Rates
Shipping within the lower mainland will be a flat fee of $15/order (delivery to be made within 2 business days). Shipping outside of the lower mainland will be a flat fee of $40/order (delivery to be made within 3 to 5 business days). Rush shipping is also available within the lower mainland for $30/order (only available Monday through Friday). Receive free shipping for orders over $200.
Insurance for your order can be purchased for an additional cost from the courier. Individual quotes will be done at the time of order.
Our prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a difference in price shown online, the product description and display price in our store will be deemed the correct price.
Product on hand at store level is a close estimate and customers who intend to visit a Firefly Fine Wines and Ales store for a particular item are asked to please call the store in advance to confirm the desired quantity is available.
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Firefly Fine Wines and Ales is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
