Lundy Dale is first and foremost an IPA fan. When she tasted the Fat Tug IPA from Driftwood Brewery (Victoria, BC) she inquired as to whether the brewer was married, and if not, would he be interested in an older woman. Give her a balance of citrus and bitter hops and she's yours!

When she's not spending quality time with a good IPA, she works as the senior ale advisor at Firefly and she's the woman to talk to if you need to know anything about beer. She plans and hosts the beer-themed seminars that happen monthly at La Table Commune.

Outside of Firefly, she keeps herself very busy as the President of CAMRA BC, the Campaign for Real Ale Society of British Columbia. Before that role, she served as a founding member and past president of the Vancouver chapter of CAMRA. She is very involved in the local beer community, promoting real ale and cask beer events and partnering with local pubs and restaurants to promote craft beer.

She is also a member of the Pink Boots Society, an organization seeking to encourage and empower women to advance their careers in the Beer Industry through networking and education.  She founded a Vancouver chapter of the Barley's Angels, the consumer leg of the Pink Boots Society. Named Pink Pints, the chapter aims to involve women in the enjoyment of craft beer through events and education.
